If you are having a problem with a game which you have ordered from our website it is likely that your question will be answered below:

Q: I brought one of your games, however I have lost my order details, how can I get them back?

A: Please enter your email address into the box below, this will send your order details to you automatically.



Q: I ordered a game, but did not receive an order email.

A: Firstly, please check that your paypal payment has cleared properly, sometimes if you pay using an "eCheck" they can take several days to clear. If your payment has cleared, then please click here to make sure your email is not getting filtered out as Spam.
Q: I have purchased a game, however I can't find a place to put my serial number in, and it keeps telling me to purchase the game again...

A: It's likely that you still have the demo version installed, uninstall your current version and then make sure to download & install the full version, there will be a link to this in your order email (the one with your serial number).
Q: I need to re-install a game I purchased, but I no longer have it on my computer, what do I do?

A: Firstly, if you don't have your original order email, then see the first question above on how to re-send it. Once you have your order email (with your serial number & download link), follow the instructions in it to get the game back on your system.
